Our Mission
We endeavour to bring about effective, safe and environmentally friendly pest control solutions to our clients throughout the Sydney Area. We conduct business that is mutually beneficial to all parties. We want to know how our valued clients feel about our services and products and welcome all comments, suggestions and criticism.
Our aim is to constantly improve and never become complacent about the services we provide. We are competent and professional but understand that life and business constantly changes and we realise that we also must change to encompass new technologies and procedures.

To pursue our goal of constantly improving our technologies, products and services and be the best in terms of competence, professionalism, friendliness and environmental consciousness. We aim at nothing but a top position amongst the pest control service providers in the Sydney Area.
Our Policy
We have a thorough understanding of pest biology. We maintain knowledge of, and constantly evaluate the most effective use of pesticides along with a variety of non-chemical remedies. We arm ourselves with the most advanced equipment and tools available. We are technically trained to meet the individual needs of our customers.
Matthew Wright
Director and Senior Pest Technician
Matt has been in the industry for 11 years, starting out with his dad Tony at 18 years old. Creating his own business was always a dream and in 2016 he made it a reality. Since then the proud dad of two has worked hard to make The Wright Way Pest Management the best it can be. He prides himself on professionalism and providing the best outcome for his customers and with that alongside his dad and wife the company is looking after many lifetime customers.

You will see Matt part time in the field because as well as running his company he is a correctional officer, husband, dad of two and soccer player.

Nicole Wright
Director, Administration, Marketing & Social Media
Seen our Facebook page? Received one of our flyers? Got our magnet on your fridge? Then you have dealt with Nicole. She creates all the marketing material for the company and for our social media platforms as well as handles the fun of all the paperwork. Nicole started with the company when it launched back in 2016.

You will see Nicole part time because as well as running the company she is also a travel agent, wife and mum of two.
Anthony Wright
Director and Senior Pest Technician
With over 25 years experience under his belt Tony has a wealth of knowledge to help look after his customers. No job is to big or to small. Having started his own business back in 2005 he grew a trusted client database that would stay with him for many years. Fast forward a few years and he joined forces with his son and daughter in law to what now is the booming Wright Way Pest Management.

You will see Tony full time in the field but also on another field. The cricket field, as he loves a good game of cricket with the lads.
